Signature Infusion featuring dark cocoa with cayenne to opens up a richer cocoa experience. Medium to full-bodied. Dark, smooth and balanced. Aromatic notes of dark cacao with a smooth transition into a pink peppercorn undertone. 

Brewing note:  When brewed hot during the winter, this roast has a warming and soothing effect and you pick up more of the cayenne notes. When cold brewed or chilled, more of the dark cocoa and chocolaty undertones are present.
