All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, Mondays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Mountain Man utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Mail (USPS Priority, Express, Flat Rate).
Please remember that UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. It is a standard practice of UPS to leave a parcel on your doorstep.
Heat Sensitive Products
Some products such as chocolates and gummy candies are heat sensitive and will melt in temperatures above 75 degrees. If your shipment is transiting areas above 75 degrees, it is recommended that you purchase the “Heat Sensitive Packaging” option. Heat sensitive packaging is available, and can be added to your cart, by clicking the announcement bar at the top of the main page. This option will be available throughout the summer months.
Note that only one heat sensitive packaging need be purchased per order.
As a general rule we avoid shipping Heat Sensitive products out on Thursday and Friday so shipments don't sit over the weekend in a hot truck.
Shipping delays, package handling and weather are out of our control and therefore Mountain Man Nut & Fruit is not responsible for products that melt in transit.
If you intend to purchase heat sensitive products during the summer months we highly recommend purchasing heat sensitive packaging.

Local delivery is available for locations within 10 miles of Old Town Square Fort Collins
Deliveries are made Tuesday though Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please contact us to let us know when delivery can be made. Deliveries will not be left outside of location but will need to be received by an individual at location.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1 Old Town Square #103 Fort Collins, CO. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Orders based on our holiday catalog may take 5 to 7 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
